Promotion to a higher class is based on a student’s overall performance in the various examinations conducted during the year. Details are given in the progress reports.
Results are published at the end of every academic year and are final in all cases. Requests for review of the results will not be entertained. Results will be withheld if fees are not paid for all the 12 months of the year.
The promotion list will be put on the school notice board .Results will not be communicated to the parents or students by any other means.
Students who fail to score 40% average in each subject will be detained.
A student who fail twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue studies in the School.
There is no provision for re-examination.
A student without 80% attendance during the academic year is liable to be detained.
